- Configure and troubleshoot Virtuozzo and PBA systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot Xen, Xenserver, Windows Server
- Troubleshoot cPanel, Plesk, Interworx related technical issues
- Configure and troubleshoot web servers, database servers, mail servers, etc
- Professionally and efficiently resolve issues via trouble ticket / helpdesk
Must Have The Following Experience:
- Knowledge with firewalls (APF / CSF / IPTables)
- Operating systems: Windows Server, RedHat, CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu web servers: LiteSpeed, Apache
- Control Panels: cPanel, Plesk, Virtuozzo, Interworx, Xen
- Network Troubleshooting
