- Troubleshoot cPanel and Plesk related technical issues
- Configure and troubleshoot web servers, database servers, mail servers, etc
- Professionally and efficiently resolve issues via trouble ticket / helpdesk
Must Have The Following Experience:
- Knowledge with firewalls (APF / CSF / IPTables)
- Operating systems: RedHat, CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu web servers: LiteSpeed, Apache
- Control Panels: cPanel, Plesk, Virtuozzo, Direct Admin, VMWare
- Network Troubleshooting

- Live chat, email and ticket based sales requests
- Effectively communicate with current and prospect customers
