What is Future Engineer Pro

Future Engineer Pro is our pro-active managed services option. It’s designed to let us deal with your server and you can focus on running your business. In addition to receiving support on anything installed on your server with our standard Future Engineer, we also offer pro-active services. Future Engineer Pro includes pro-active monitoring of key services on your server such as your web server, mail servers and FTP servers. In the event of your server being unresponsive, our 24/7 technical team will be alerted and respond to the service failure to bring your service back online.

Future Engineer Pro also includes pro-active server health checks. We will run scans on your server on a frequent basis for a variety of issues. You will be notified of the results of our scans. We also pro-actively notify you of security, operating system and kernel updates so we can schedule a time to complete the updates. Future Engineer Pro also configures your server to send our support staff all the servers alerts instead of sending them to you directly.

What is Future Engineer Standard

Future Engineer Standard is our reactive managed services option. Future Hosting offers management with Future Engineer on any server with a control panel (i.e. cPanel or InterWorx.) With our basic managed services you have the ability to contact support 24/7 and we will offer assistance with anything installed on the server upon delivery. That includes PHP, MySQL, Apache, e-mail servers, etc. Without a managed services package, support is available 24/7 for network and hardware issues only. With this managed package, contact us when you need an update or have an issue and we will be happy to assist you.

Upon approval from the client, technicians will take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
